Gardiner Paint can perform carpentry repairs like siding and drywall, but we also have resources for jobs that require larger amounts of carpentry before we paint. We are happy to recommend locally-owned, Colorado Springs contractors we have great relationships with to help you finish a project.
There is no requirement for you to be home during the painting process, but that is up to you. Exteriors can be painted with minimal involvement from occupants once the project has started.
Sometimes we may have questions, so it’s good to have someone there at the beginning. Our crews will work with our project coordination team to make sure you get daily updates on progress.
We strictly use Sherwin-Williams paint to maintain a high-quality, long-lasting appearance and our paint volume helps you get the lowest possible price per gallon. Using your own paint can be accommodated, but our warranty is void once we use external paint products.
Gardiner Paint will only warranty Sherwin-Williams paint purchased via our paint suppliers at the time of the project.

Yes. Our paints are rated to 35-degrees and rising! Colorado winters fluctuate so much with temperature that many exterior projects can be completed with just a few days of warmer weather.
All of our Sherwin-Williams interior paint is low VOC or Zero VOC paint. There will be no heavy smells or chemical odors.
Lots of customers ask if spraying or rolling paint lasts longer, adheres better, cures quicker, etc. These are great questions to ask. Many are answered with the quality of paint used, proper site preparation and picking the right time/weather to paint.

Painting with a sprayer does not sacrifice quality and our painters “back roll” wherever additional attention is needed to spread paint deeper into areas. Using a roller immediately after spraying can help the paint penetrate damaged areas and saturate into every seam or corner of surface.
